4. Find an accountability partner. This is someone who will keep you on track and make sure that you stick to your goals.
5. Find a workout or program that you love. A routine that you look forward to is one you will stick with.
6. Mix up your workouts every several weeks to avoid hitting a plateau.
7. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! By the time you feel thirsty, you are already slightly dehydrated.
